Our main activity is to provide service and support to Liebherr cranes. Our engineers provide constant telephone support in any problem that may arise on a crane. They have access to all documents and schematics (electrical/ hydraulic/ pneumatic) for each individual crane and therefore they are able to provide support remotely.
Nevertheless, if the problem cannot be solved by the instructions given over the phone, then we will go on the site to provide solution using our specially equipped vehicle.
Of course, except of urgent cases, we provide scheduled service, modifications and retrofits in Liebherr mobile and crawler cranes (e.g. additional installation of wind speed indicators, load indication systems etc.)
We have in our disposal all Liebherr know-how through a series of technical documents and specialized software tools that are distributed only to Liebherr authorized personnel or service partners.
Additionally, we have an open communication and support from the highly expert and experienced engineers of the mother manufacturing company.
